i got many things from this forum now i have some quesions. If i get 2nd AOR with in a short time that means CIC satisfay by my full document?  Will proessing time is short? and  if visa office is not satisfay for proof of relative will refuse our application or deduct 5 point?
my last question is when i submitted my full document i had 3years 9 mon experiance,now my experiance becoming 4 years, is that possible to send my
new experiance to get additional 2 points? and sending documents before CIC ask additional documents?

Dear Seniors, my skilled worker application (4131 lecturer in English) is in the London visa office acknowledged in Augst, 2010. I applied as a Lecturer in English, 4131. But I want to know if my duties are quite ok.
 These are the duties I mentioned in my experience letter:
1. Teaches English to the college students
2. Prepares, administers and marks tests and records the results
3. Prepares teaching materials to deliver them to the students
4. Serves as the college chief proctor to maintain discipline and works as tutor in charge to provide personal academic guidance to the different level students
5. Proofreads the correspondence of the institute to detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar and syntax (He is a native level, experienced English proofreader)
6. Participates in college staff meetings, various co-curricular programmes, etc.
7. Advises students on career decisions
Do you, SENIORS, deem  these duties of mine as colege lecturer are quite ok/up to the mark?

Please note that translator have not put his signatures or stamp on the translation but I have got both translations (Nikah nama and ID card) notarized.

There is no problem if you translate your national id card yourself but try to make same id card format and if you do notarized its good.

no staple and no pasting allow dont do this put your pics in small envelope and write your name, file no and DOB on the back of every photo . (i do the same in past)
