Dear seniors,

I need your kind suggestions/advices in following matter.

I got my 2nd AOR in August 2010 now I am waiting for further processing.

1) This morning my consultant called me and offered an arranged employment in Canada through his some family company. He told me that this will speed up the processing of my case as well as help me to start my career without any trouble of finding job.

2) He told me that first HRSDC does some work on the case by some service (AEO) (Service Canada Assessment for Arranged Employment Opinions)

3) He said that the fee of this processing at HRSDC is $2500 CAD. That I will have to pay. If HRSDC will not approve then it will be refundable.

Now I am very much confused if I should go for this offer or not? Is it a valid one? or fake? I understand the risk but what if it is a chance to improve the case and I am gona miss it?

Please suggest me something.

i am also confused for this , i think its risky for you $2500 CAD is a very huge ammount. i will not suggest you for this but its up to you , secondly wait for some senior members reply.

Be careful you are Ok so far, ''The biggest risk in life is not to take any at all'' but here the case is different.
To get job candidate always get confirmation from the employer in black in white directly after going through a series of interviews, verification and medical checks afterward the case is sent to concerned embassy that endorse and issue the visa in light of Job confirmation letter issued and stamped by the employer.Here you have consultant involved so u may ask him to send u the job letter first that you may separately send to Canadian high commission Islamabad for further to see its credibility. In case you are admitted by the employer, ur visa will reach embassy even before your passport submission to embassy and this is what I have learnt from processing when i followed the course for UK and africa. This would remain suspicious until the employer starts correspondence directly with u.I doubt consultant is going to ruin ur case and his objective seems pick pocketing. BE CAREFUL !!!

As pre requisite, foreign employer always send job confirmation to the candidate along with the LOI -Letter of Invitation- that is submitted to the concerned embassy as mandatory requirement for visa endorsement.if your employer from Pakistan sending you then the local employer provides u the letter issued by the ''Chamber of Commerce'' as principle requirement.So ask ur consultant to give u an affidavit attested and notrized by the local magistrate regarding authenticity of the case and make deal with him in writing on legal 100 Rs Stam paper and pay him fee after the job is done and ur visa stamped on the passport. OHHOO dear veva main ab kiya karoun main kisi ko nahi kh sakta kh main nay ap ko add nahi karna mughay bohat ageeb sa lagta hai  aur waisay bhi yh list main nay sirf apnay liay nahi banai hai yh sab ki help kay liay hai inshallah 2011 main hum sab kay visay lag jaiyn us kay bad is list ko main nahi koi aur handle karay ga jo bhi responsible ho ga main us ko yh word file day doon ga, is terha say yh list whole life chalti rahay gi jab tak yh forum site hai. aur jab tak canada skilled worker category hai.

Today is the first day i count the list Members almost 128  .

Never go for such option. It is not legal for an authorized consultant to offer job oppertunities to their clients for money. The consultant may lose his membership of law society if any such case is proven against him. Be patient you will get the good news within Jan and Feb. 2011.

I know veve ap bhi theek kh rahay , per meray khiyal main yh file no itna important nahi hai because sirf aik file no say ap khuch nahi kar saktay ap ko date of birth aur full name bhi chahiay hota hai aur waisay bhi jab ap ko by post yh file number receive hota hai yh file no us letter kay bahir likha hota hai jo kh her post man ki nazar say guzrata hai aur jab hum caipsnotes apply karaty hain tab bhi file no third party ko send karna perta hai so i think  this is not confidential.

Confidetial wo hota hai for example.
jab ap ko bank account kay liay password milta hai jo kh ap nay ATM kay liay use karna hota hai, i think this is the proper way for confidential.

CHC london jo file no hum ko send karti hai wo to aik normal post say ata hai jo kh bohat dafa lost bhi ho jata hai aur bohat say applicants kay sath aisa hua bhi hai so i dont think that it is confidential.

I only help all of you if all of you dont agree on it no problem just leave it.
