I need some help to fill up the Forms IMM 008, Schedule 1

1) This form should be print out in block letters or as a regular pattern?
2) On IMM 0008 at page1 and page2, how should the photograph adhere to the space provided for photographs ?? AS well these photographs must be with name and dob on back??
3)If the applicant has educational qualification up to Masters Degree can he mention in question 10 of schedule 1 as:   5 - 5 - 6
   and what to write under the column:  Type of Certificate or diploma issued
4)Question 11 (schedule 1) under the column of activity  how to mention  SSC,HSC ,BA and MA study

Hi All
I have been going through the list that is being well maintained by the guys excellent work.
Giving a rough look one can easily point out that
All the applications (that have sent full documents to the London CHC) from April 2010 to July 2010 have been issued the 2nd AOR ranging between August and September.

This shows a trend of dealing with the applications in a batch not on individual basis, therwise the ones who sent full docs in April must get 2nd AOR earlier than the one who sent it in preceeding months. Like myself sent the full docs in July and got the 2nd AOR at the end of the month.

Just my observation and wanted to share.

This implies that in the future medical calls will be sent to all of us all at once irrespective of the case designe. However, the delay will come when individual back ground and security ll be checked.

Hi buddy,cool down please .The situation at London VO is not the same as you did mention.They are working hard but it depends on your case,your documentation,how the application has been filled out, inaccurate, incorrect, ,etc.The other factors for delaying are some acts of dishonestly, deceives,  defrauds, offensive,disreputable,vulgar and regretful actions by some applicants suffering all the applicants .
I know so many friends who got their medical in November2010 just after 5 to 6 months of transfer of files.
Its requested you brother just recheck your application your documentation and wait for their call.
Emailing to PM office and complaining  will create only a disastrous and detrimental effect.
LET THEM DO THEIR JOB.

As far writing to the PM is concerned definitely we have a positive case as the immigration is based on Talent and few other factors but the point is all these factors are being shared by all the people around the world and if they do qualify at the first stage then only they are being asked for medical etc. Now looking at the timelines in Manilla office in singapore, paris , CHC ND etc these guys are getting done with their cases in a matter of few months and interesting fact is that THEY ARE AS ELIGIBLE AS WE ARE or anyone else then why is this disparity.

Another important factor is the essence of the fast track programme is that the cases shall be finalized within one year or less time but sorry thats not true for the CHC UK and now the CHC UK is saying in most of the letters sent out to all of us that case to process takes 1 year which is again not as their system states at first place.

Anyways, to my mind there is no harm in writing to the PM office in order to draw its attention towards this and this could be as an email followed by the names and details of everybody in the forum or other forums. Theres nothing wrong in registering our point of view that IF WE ARE OF THE SAME CALIBER AS ARE THE CLIENTS OF SINGAPORE, FRANCE, DAMASCUS ND OFFICES THEN WHY THIS DELAY.
