You should expalin the situation in a covering letter with business card of your new employer with his full contact details. Do let him know that you have applied for canadian immigration. Don't worry everything will be alright.
I am not fired nor did I change my employer, its the HR Manager who has been replaced with new guy. X-HR Manager issued me the company letters with her name and designation printed on the letters for CIC to contact for verifications that later on I submitted to London VO. Should I retrieve the same letters from my employer again with new HR Manager's signatures and contact details as the issuing authority? or shall the letters issued previously signed by X-HR manager work?

Those who have submit full documents after 1st april fool :)2010 and got 2ndAOR in july/aug/sep2010.
For all of us jan 2011 or may be feb 2011 these 2 months are very important for all of us.
Star, what about the Police clearance certificates that when I submitted dox to VO, didnt find any duration police certiofiactes were valid for - But as per new policy I found police certficates valid for 1 yaer only from the date of submission to VO and VO may ask to re-produce police clearance if decision not made and the validity expires. Shall the new policy effect us too as I re-checked Guide EG7 that I consulted in past and didnt find any validity limit?

It depends VO can ask again for police certificate and for all of us those who have got 2nd AOR in july/Aug/Sep 2010 may be VO ask again for police certificate in the next year 2011.

IELTS ValidityIELTS ValidityIELTS given: August, 2009 Application submitted: June 1, 2010 (IELTS copy included) AOR: October, 2010 I send an enquiry to the CHC london. My questions was "Do i need to take IELTS again". Following is the reply If you submitted your application for permanent residence before June 26, 2010 and you are claiming points for English language ability and English is not your first language, you are strongly advised to submit IELTS test results. If you are claiming points for French language ability and French is not your first language, you are strongly advised to submit TEF test results. Points for language ability will be awarded based on language test results from an approved organization or a written submission. If you choose not to provide test results, your language ability will be assessed on the basis of the information on file. This may result in your application being refused for insufficient points. Please note that if you provide IELTS or TEF results that were more than 12 months old at the time you submitted your application to CIO Sydney, you may have to provide updated ones. If you are submitting an application for permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker category, on or after June 26, 2010, please see the following website for more information regarding language testing: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp All applicants submitting an application for permanent residence under the Federal Skilled Worker category on or after June 26, 2010 must submit an official language test result from a designated language testing agency.

Guys n Gals need your help.
i got my PCC when i applied to CIO . it was valid when i applied.
i got my AOR in 5 months on 20th of oct.
but my PCC expired on 19th of oct. one day before i got my AOR.
NOw i want to know is wether can i send my complete docs with same PCC or do i need to get a new one...
i did email CIC london and their reply was.
"the police certificates must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your immigrant / visa application."
so what do they mean do they take submission to CIO as visa app date or do they take the date on which complete package is sent to visa office requested ?? plz guide
i am pre june 26 applicant
