if takes 8-10 months, then the reply that CHC London and ND sent to many applicants is gonna be true.

quote : no point contacting VO...I received a reply from CHC NDVO against a reminder sent in June 2011 saying it will take 2 years or more to process the file as they have recd 425000 applications (between 2008 and 2010) and 144000 of these have not yet reached decision.

Their letter advises in bold letters "if you wish to withdraw your application, you may be eligible for a refund of your processing fees"---damn discouraging!

They still have to fill 19% of their 4131 demand by immigration.

Occupation Projection 4131

Over the 2009-2018 period, an occupation will be in excess demand (a shortage of workers) if the projected job openings (arising from expansion demand and replacement demand) are greater than the projected job seekers (arising from school leavers, immigration and mobility), while an occupation will be in excess supply (a surplus of workers) if the projected job seekers are greater than the projected job openings. For College And Other Vocational Instructors, over the period of 2009-2018, job openings are expected to total 39,049. It is expected that 27,320 job seekers will be available to fill these job openings.

For 39,049 jobs they have only 27,320 applicants out of which 19% are immigrants
This means they need more immigrants for 4131 till 2018.

ok dear. i think vo will take about 6 months to move to in process from RBVO. what do u think?

yea , u r right,i m in contact with 2,3 consultants and they have a view that it will take 8 to 10 months for MR in my case

For pre june 2010 applicants CHC London taking 14 to 18 months for medical and whole process till visa 24 to 28 months. (38 occupational list)

For post june 2010 and 2011 applicants CHC London taking 10 to 14 months for medical and whole process till visa 16 to 20 months.(29 occupational list)

Thats what I am saying that 4131 and 0213 will be in excess demand till 2018 and 2018 is tooooooooooooo faaaaaaaaaaaaar.There are some rumors here that Canada dont need 4131 and 0213 anymore.

Hope u will get your MR soon,secondly i sent my full documents in dec2010 and if i will get MR in jan or feb 2012 ,it would b more than a year.do u think my MR will b more delayed than what we r thinking?

1.When you open up your ecase on the cover IN Process mentioned but the inside details are same as Received by VO.  It means IN Process same as RBVO details.

For example:

We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on January 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
 
We transferred your application to the London England office on July 27, 2010. The London England office may contact you.




2.When you open up your ecase on the cover IN Process mentioned but the inside one more line added and this is the real IN Process.

For example:

We received your application for permanent residence on November 16, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 20, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I think last quater of 2011 and first quater of 2012 is important for many of us (Medical) those who are pre june 2010 applicants.
