if you go thru threads on this forum..you will find many applicants getting processed by London..some in middle stages and some getting PPRs...i have'nt seen many applicants getting medicals who have been issued an AOR in 2010 but the stage is set for last quarter of 2011. i believe in last quarter many of us who were issued AORs in 2010 will have some sort of forward movement in our cases...problem is we only have eCAS to show our file's status and this application only updated status's at kep phases of our file movement... CIO review complete>>>>recieved by VO>>>In process>>>decision made.. nowadays many applicants have In process with same details as in Recieved by visa office which is still a mystery. some believe this means points have been tallied or PSDEC has been decided and app has moved into b/g checks while many say this is an error and real status is RBVO.....lets see what happens...but i still think 12-15 months post AOR issuance will be the golden time when we will see some changes happening in our onlne status.. I hope to GOD it will be positive...Good luck...
Thanks buddy..... It seems that i have to wait for few more months for the medicals.... but some immigration experts are quoting that pre June 2010 applications will not be processed this year (specially those submitted to London CHC)? anyone has idea about this....

I am facing the same mystrey, "In Process" status with RBVO, lets hope its not an error.... but I have seen some immigration lawyers based in Canada stating the references of the London CHC's responces that the Pre-June 2010 applicants which did not receive their medicals, will not be processed in 2011 being 2nd on the priority list, first will be Post June 2010 and June 2011(once announced)...... and they also state that they will be lodging court cases after July 2011 on behalf of their clients.....

Go to the main policestation which falls in to your residing area and SHO sits (i am not referring to police chouki), go to the Foreign branch and ask them to provide you a police clearance form (for immigration visa), they will provide you a form..... fill it up and get it signed from your local SP office, after which the SHO will certify this and submit the completed form back to the same Police station's FOREIGN Branch, they will issue you the Police clearance certificate within few days.... don't bother weather the certificate is valid for 03 months or 06 months, it doesn't matter......  Detailed instructions will be mentioned on the Police clearance form which they will provide you initially...... so don't worry you have to chase the police guys and they will issue you the certificate...

You need the copy of your passport as well along with CNIC copy and form to be certified by the local Counsler before signed by the SP...

I hope this will help you...

QORAX reply with reference to IN PROCESS with SAME RBVO DETAILS

The moment your e-cas goes to 'in process' - STOP LOOKING   @   IT, please. It doesn't help u -- neither the e-cas is any 'tool' to check our case progress. Understand the timeframe instead:

Meds:
6-9 months from 2nd stage docs SENT,
OR
4-6 months from the 2nd AOR,
OR
3-5 months from any Addnl.Docs Request.

PPR:
3-5 months from Meds Received   @   CHC,
7 months for some cases - with security issues,
[God forbid] Furthered Meds - need another 3-5 months,
[God forbid] External Security Check/s - may take the case to 9-12 months.

If PPR & Meds r together:
U r looking   @   a total of 3-6 months for the Meds Validation + Security Clearances to fetch your PRVs - in 'normal' circumstances.

DANGER:
After Pps SENT -- DO NOT correspond with your VO*, s/he might just return your Pps 'unstamped' [and ask u to send them later].

QORAX
*Till 5-7 months.

Really!!! I am surprised that even the Fast track system requires this much time, is there any valid reason?

Reason:- currently CIC is giving priority to post 26, june 2010 applicants. Pre-june 26, 2010 applicants are temporarily on hold and will be treated afterwards.

Hi
I contact different consultant on telephonically for backlog 2005 cases, they have not satisfy answer, and every consultant have different opinion.
Some Indian applicant's thought, CIC make plan 2005 to above applicant's fee return with application.
Some said B-046 serious process and upper backlog applicant return.
Some says CIC policy clear next month July 2011 for backlog.
New information, CHC London has quota 2500 for one year Skilled Class applicants.
+++++++++++++++++++++++

Any Pakistani 2005 applicant draw Capisnotes please share information,
I draw capisnotes March 2010, only award age number.
