No matter, if he is an Indian or Italian applicant, the message behind (what I  percieved) seems telling people that MR comes after the average processing time (mentioned on 2nd AOR) elapsed. Good sign for Pakistani Candidates too.

and i would like to add one more thing. nectar said that this NOC was on hold. and it is proved wrong now.

Hifa is the applicant got PPR yesterday.

By the grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH, I received step 2 letter (PPR) from CHC London yesterday by email also submitted passports to CHC Islamabad for visa issuance as instructed. May all of u get step 1 or 2 letters soon.

The procedure in to 2 steps in 1st step they required copies of passports and updated photographs with the simple updated information form in London office (which I already sent) and after reviewing those documents, they (London office) will issue instructions to Islamabad office for step 2.

To be more precise the bank account must be maintained even after the issuance of VISA. CIC clearly states that Final decisions about the immigration is in the hands of Immigration officer at the port of entry not with the Visa officer. So immigration officer at the POE has the right to ask about proof of funds.

Yes both of you right but chc cannot reject the case only becoz of you borrow the money and the most important is this that you qualify the 67 point not qualify for the proof of funds, if chc ask you again show your bank statement you can borrow the money on time, chc cannot reject you only becoz of this that why you borrow money only 1 percent chance for rejection, but after visa and before landing you must be show proof of funds again on airport.

If CHC ask again proof of fund you can deposite money again in your accoun and show your statement.

Kindly don't misguide people here. You can't borrow the money from others just to show POF. The money should purely belong to you. During the process VO can check the POF anytime from bank without intimating you, and if at that time funds would be withdrawn from bank one can face rejection. 67 points has nothing to do with the POF. POF can be verified seperately. I have seen lot of rejections on POF issue. So play a safe game. CIC wants each immigrant should be back up of funds for at least 6 months to 1 year when he comes to canada, so that he would not be burden on public funds. The reason CIC is not accepting property valuation and jewelery items now as POF because people have already deceived them in past.

Hope you got my point now.

On the safe side it's up to you that you maintain your account and dear not a single time I said that POF is not important, it must be important but you can deposit again money in your account if Vo ask for again bank statement, VO cannot reject your case that why you deposit again money.(money in your account means this money is your). It is very difficult that you hold your money for 4 to 6 year, I don't think that 2004 applicants still maintain their account for 7 years. I am not here to misguide people everyone know me.  Smiley Be Happy.

You are not suppose to hold money for 6-7 years in your account. For 2004-5 applicants they should only present bank statement when they asked for full docs & maintain it till visa. Lets suppose if someone applied in 2005 and receive first AOR after 2 months then again in 2009 he asked to submit full docs so he should only show current statement of POF and after that maintain it till visa receive. Whereas in FSW you should maintain the money in bank at all time. Let say if VO at the time of medical request [you don't know when medical arrives] asks you to show bank statement of past 3-6 months then what would you do if you were thought to deposit money at the time of medical. 3-6 month statement endorses that money belongs to you and not anyone else.

Hope that helps.
