We have reviewed your caips, your file will be brought forward for review on march 17.

Hi Ali, I dont think its an error because they iissued me 2nd AOR on 16/02/2011 and then on 22/02/2011 my status change to INPROCESS if it was inprocess before i get the 2nd AOR then i would think its an error but not now and also they give me a new file number and status is same so if it was an error they would have either fixed it in my new file number. Time frame given is 12 months and not to contact me before 8 months. Cheers Saki |

Here it is: We received your application for permanent residence on April Date 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July Date, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. We transferred your application to the London England office on August Date, 2010.
