I got my 1st AOR yesterday. And they have asked me to send full documents to London office. Can anyone please guide me do we have to send original degrees or nortarized will be acceptable. Secondly do we have to attach a permanent residence fee which is $490 along with full documents (Fourth number fee in this link (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp)).

That means CHC London is sending AOR only by post mail and not by email. They should send it by both means isn't it.
