Dear All,

Finally I received refusal letter from VOL and I am very happy because VO did not mention Miss Match JDs.

VO has given me following points

Education.  25
Age.        10
Exp.        21
Lang.       09
Adap.       00

Total.      65

What a calculation VO said that I am not satisfy with your blood relation and didn't give me adaptability points. VO also not included my spouse education points.

My question is that If VO was not satisfied with my blood relation why he did not consider my wife education.

I think it is clear example of un justice. I can claim 9 more points 5 for blood relation and 4 for spouse 14 years education.

Dear all, please guide me where I send my reconsideration request with more proofs.

I saw in forum.. sunair file is also reopened.

and please also tell me how many days I have left as VO issued this letter on 15th May

Sorry dear I was away and couldnot read your post in time,I suugest you to appeal as soon as possible because your case of reconsideration is  strong  enough if you had provided all the required documents of adaptablity at that particular time (time of submission of documents) e.g. BC,Marriage certificate ,Noticeof assessment ,Bankstatement of the relative C-card and your spouse's education certificate .

Normal time to get PPR-1 after MR is 3-5 months. It may exceed if the case goes into deep background checks.

Next step is PPR-2. Normally it takes 1-2 months to receive PPR-2 after PPR-1.
PPR-1 = Photocopies of passport and a form. [London]
PPR-2 = Original Passports to Islamabad.

First you'll receive MR of your new born and after that PPR-1.
