I am from the company, doing work in

1. Software Development
2. Computer Training
3. Placement Services

I am main person of the company and all other staff are working under me, I am doing advertising, running company, doing all the financial transactions.

Designations can be show as Manager, Director, Company Head, Analyst, Consultant, Supervisor etc.

Can I apply in this NOC?

Two things happened here (with the new set of NOCs).
1. If u see the HRSDC list, Major Group-11 has 2 categories with 6 NOCs. They denied the 1st 5 & chose to select only the last, in Cat-112; HR & BSP. This is aimed purely for Business Consultants, the Management Advisors who'd deal with either BPR (Business Process ReEngineering, including ISO) or Advertising & Promotion. The IT Development, or Outsourcing, or Advisory Assistance, has deliberately been kept out.

I have still confusion about the NOC 1122. Our company also work for marketing and advertising of other clients and companies. In past, I have worked as a Marketing and advertising Specialist. We also provide placement services to other companies requirement.

my or our companies Job duties as follows (for advertising services)

-find the clients and discuss them about the advantage of website and If agree, prepare web for them and advertise their company.
-designing business card for the other companies
-design others companies invitation cards for special occasions
-design other company's hording for marketing and advertise them banner on Auto rickshaw, Bus, Tricycle and other vehicle.
-Send bulk Sms to mobile number of entire city for advertise of particular company.
-Advertise other companies on Internet with the help of different websites
-design calenders and diary for other company's working profiles
-design other companies banner and public on kiosk (middle of the road on street light)
-creating presentation for seminar or intro of different companies requirement
-public advertisement in electronic media (internet only)
-designing brochure, pemplete, hording, banners etc to publish on print media
-creating animation in Flash and 3D Max with Fireworks to make complete company profile
-print brochures in bulk and distribute them door to door, we reach every door of the every street of the city.
-advertise company or product by wall painting for long advertise in single investment
-some other related works

I don't know how to write job duties, but I want to know whether above job duties belong to NOC 1122 or not
