Jobs governed by professional order in Quebec

Hi,
I really need help. I worked as a Bank officer for 8 months (unemployed right now) and has MSc in financial management. I have read on Quebec website that there are jobs in financial sector that are governed by professional bodies. I have written " financial analyst, financial planner" in my intended occupation in quebec. Do I need to fill up the form "profession governed by bodies in Quebec". I never practice financial planning before but would like to in the future.
