one of my friend who is about to land in the month of Jan, Feb'11 with his family (his spouse is doctor and she is principal applicant), he is an MBA (HRM) and have an experience of more than 5 years in management. He has slightly limping  in his leg and could not manage to do hard physical work. I want to ask what type of short courses he has to do before landing as he could be get a respectable office job. I advise him to do a short course either in supply chain management or in u opt for EMS-OHSAS system procedures field. But iam unaware either my suggestion is right or not. Seniors who are already over there in canada please guide him what short course he should have to do before coming or he has to get admitted in any short course in toronto or any other city. Where they should have to land either in toronto or any other city/province. Please advise him in detail.

Regards

He should go with the his Education certificate attested and should again go with the english test to find a suitable white color jobs which take around  1- 2 month

when he get accredition of his certificate hw can go for the further course in his field but dont do any thing form your place.

good luck...
