help pls.
My Wife is a Registered Nurse (International) but my wife understand that she need to undergo CNO process. Question, While on CNO process can my wife get any nursing related job (e.g. caregiving, nursing assistant etc.) within a month?

Suggest your wife contacts nursing companies and ask them if they have positions. I just googled We Care and came up with a long list of opening across Canada.  I hope this helps.  http://www.wecare.ca/Careers_JobPostings.aspx   Here is One Example and there are many others worth checking out:
Health Care Aide   
Work Location  Edmonton
