Job qualifications and NOC

I have a job offer in the same job I' m doing now in my country , looking in the NOC I found that a university degree or college diploma is USUALLY required and that several years of experience are USUALLY required and MAY substituite for formal educations requirements .
I don't have the university degree or college diploma and I didn't work full time at the job and only for a couple of years . My employer can write  a letter saying that I' m good at the job and that he liked my work .
Can this be enough for getting the job and with this a Pnp ?
