I am also BCom graduate & having ten year of experience in account I am doing all work of  accountant but my consulatant told me that you should apply in Bookkeeper( Account Assistant) as you are only B.Com Pass So I Have applied in the bookkeeper field on 13.07.08 but when 38 list came my occupation was not in that list so i am waiting for my decision

You both would go under NOC 1231 (Book Keeper) which comes under Main NOC 1111. Mali Book Keeper is existing as read below:-

1111 Financial Auditors and AccountantsFinancial auditors examine and analyze the accounting and financial records of individuals and establishments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures. Accountants plan, organize and administer accounting systems for individuals and establishments. Articling students in accounting firms are included in this unit group. Financial auditors and accountants are employed by auditing and accounting firms throughout the private and public sectors, or they may be self-employed.  Click here for a list of Example Titles of this occupation.
Applicants with experience in the following occupations may also be considered under this NOC depending on the specifics of the main duties performed:
Bookkeepers (1231)
Financial Managers (0111)
