job opportunities for beginners.

We are planning to apply for PR under NOC 3112.My wife being a doc with 3-4 years who is currently a housewife and I being a banker(corporate credit analyst) with 5 years plus work exp.

What i would like to ask the seniors is that what kinda job opportunities can we expect initially to start off with. As i understand my wife has remote chances of a job as doctor.So as a banker what wud be my chances of a decent job.Do i also need to clear some exam to work as a banker.
