There aren't enough of them for a "process" to exist.

Does that mean that there are some?

I thought that it was practically impossible to get a job offer from outside Canada, unless you were one of the fantastic 4 - meaning, having a unique skill which the employer is able to prove there are no Canadians around with the same abilities.

Is that more or less true?

It's probably not so hard to get a LMO in the right circumstances.

The big problem is that the employer doesn't want to go through the trouble of doing all the paperwork and possibly hiring an attorney.
