Job offer will help to speed up the PR process ?

Hi guys,

Please advice I m in process for my application for PR. i m in touch
with some employer who are interested me, do you think making
them to convince to give me job offer will speed up my process
for PR or not.

can you please share some convincing tips which I can speak
with them like one employer ask me how long it will take me
to get my PR what should I say.

and I got one tips although now for all Canada labour market
opinion required for IT profession but for Quebec still not
required is it true or not cic website say like that just want to
confirm
