Can anybody tell me which kind of job offer later need for Saskatchewan
Province immigration .
That can be from any employer or has to be skilled listed.
Plz ans in detail

should be from NOC code O A or B

What type of job in these categories
And 2nd job offer later need to be certified from govt or labour Market
Or any individual gave you on his business latter head .
