Dears,

I want to ask about something confusing...

As you can see in my timeline it has been over 1 yr since I have started my immigration process with no job offer, now I have recently recieved my 2nd AOR and background checks are running etc..

Now what if I receive a job offer letter from Canada, what should I do ?

how will it help me thru the process ASAP ?

Also, do I still need to show proof of funds provided that I am offered a job ??

Need urgent help..

Thanks

No there ain't.....I have done 2 interviews in my field (fone interviews and written test) and I was successful with one of the provincial social services. Thing is it is an inventory for future vacancies, waiting for a new position to come up for me to be matched with it.
Searching for a job while outside Canada is time consuming and frustrating, but it does pay attjr end. The Internet and google are  powerful tools indeed! Mandie

my question has been overshadowed big time... Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

i am asking, how can the job offer may help me make my case fast if I have already applied for the immigration Huh

Do I need to update them about my job and then they may consider my case urgent etc ??

Lol...sorry! Getting a job offer will not expedite the process. You can however tell ur VO to update the job offer on your file. That is why I am not practical jumping with joy as a job now won't make any difference unless I want to go by work permit route or Provincial nominee route....Mandie

I am interested in this topic, but has anyone had this experience? with your PR in process, is it possible for someone to apply for work permit all bcause of the job offer without the immigration office nullifying one of the process? Will they grant you visa and work permit with your PR runing?
Please if there is anybody who has pass this route should help out.

Regards all

wrong.......!!

I casually asked my VO few months ago and I was informed that job offer will move any application to "priority list" and it'll expedite the whole process.

So don't look for any further comments and simply inform your VO about your job offer.
But make sure your job offer follows the instructions given in the guide and see the things moving ahead of time for you.

good luck~

its well explained in CIC guide...any job offer must be approved/confirmed by local HRSDC which must be done by your employer basically.

Refer the lastet guide to know exact requirements and the process.
