Job Market in Canada

I'm a college student in the United States majoring in Public Relations. I am extremely tired of American culture and politics and am giving a lot of thought to moving to Canada, however I don't want to get there and find I have no job or make very little money.

Could anyone tell me what the job market is like in Canada, particularly in Public Relations? And taking living costs into account, how hard would it be to get a good start for a fresh college grad?
