Job Market for Spouses - Seniors Advice needed

I am the primary applicant . My spouse who is an MBA with experience in HR, Customer Care , Operations etc. Pls advice wht added certification, course does one need to do to get a decent job in HR or customer care field. I am filing in the category 0811 and my spouse is an MBA . Can anyone suggest the best course of action for success in jobs for MBAs.
