Job in Canada - Work Permit

Hi,

I am a Spanish biologist and now I'm in Canada like a tourist, studying english.
I would like to come back here to work, and I know that I need to get a job first, to get
a Work Permit Visa.

So I'm prepairing my Resume, and I have a question:
if I send it to an employer, What I should tell them in order to consider my application?

I hope the employer must wait for all my spanish immigration process,
is it possible if they could find a canadien employee?

What could you please recommend me?
