job description of physiotherapist

IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3 there is a section of main duties....can I copy paste what i have written in job description ? Do I have to make an additional sheet to explain all my duties?

I have 3 employers and my job description is only 1 page of each employer which states my main duties and time of employment, salary and position. I dont know if that is enough....any1 has a copy pls send me PM so i can get an idea....

Any help will be really appreciated.

IF you feel something is lacking...EXPLAIN... Forms have small space for details.

I added a cover letter for each job, explaining in details what were my duties and what I did at that time etc etc.

EXPLAIN EVERYTHING... You will be happy you did.
