Hi i have received the bcpnp certificate and the company doesn't look stable to me, I am wondering if I can change my job now or would my nomination be terminated .
Any help is appreciated.

if you apply under your employer,than yes, surely it will affect your nomination or PR process, in most of PNP cases the visa office will ask for your current employment letter along with recent pay stubs. if u not provide they will 100% rejected. this s your responsibility also to inform the PNP office and the visa office about your changes.

Thanks for you reply...... but i have already got my pnp certificate so they've asked for my employment letter. And the reason is that my company will not hold out not that I am quitting..... so i want to see if they will be able to consider my case and retain my pnp ..

I changed jobs after i recieved nomination and put in my app for permanent residency.. if you can do not do it... My app was received Nov 1st and I still havent got Med request..but if you have to change jobs be honest with the PNP and immigration office ( i did but still having troubles) Let me know how you go.
