Hi there,
I am planing to immigrant to Canada. Now i would like to know what kind of job title minimum requirement. For an example assistant manager. If I choose from hospitality industry then what position i need to apply for Visa..

Position is not fact, the fact is the tasks you are doing i.e your job description. Please find the below link to know if your occupation is in current list of demand:
