How we can evaluate our jewelery and from whom??? Does it has to show the weight and price of the jewelery.

I think its also called Gold Jewelery appaisal, please correct me if iam wrong? Can we show jewelery as proof of funds on landing?

No you can't. Funds must be liquid and unencumbered.

You can't show jewellery as proof of funds... (Page 31 from the IMM EG7000 guide)

Funds must be liquid and unencumbered and transferable.

I dont think there is a way by which we can prove ownership and transfer ownership of so-and-so amount of gold.
