January applicants

My documents reached CIO on January 17, 2011.
I think its a good idea to share the time line for all the the applicants of January 2011.

Why send to CIO if you are under PNP?  From what I understand you will only send application to CIO if you are under FSW but maybe i'm wrong.  Experts, what's your view?
