Guys I have called today to cio call centre n asked them about photocopy of english certficate with new application when we re-apply they confirm that we can send photocopy of language test along with copy of refusal letter is acceptable.  Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

Yes, we had reapplied and CIO had original so we emailed to ask and they said the following (in cases where the test results are less than 2 years old, for applicants after June 2010 only and the original was not returned by CIC):

Photocopies of test results will only be accepted when they are accompanied by a photocopy of the refusal letter from CIC and an explanation that CIC retained and currently holds the original test result form.  Every photocopy that is submitted will be verified online to ensure its authenticity.

We received PER.

tell them ur application reached date to CIO. ur surname (if any) and explain ur situation , tell them my name aswell as reference. Tongue Tongue Tongue
