We got ours back because we missed to fill out the visa office name. We were not sure what to do too, so we wrote down the visa office in the original generic application and attached a new generic application just in case. We also attached a new copy of the application asking for the NOC number, because as of Jan 31 they modified some of them. I know its confusing but we figured out that it will be smarter to give them an option to decide which one they really want. You know, we left the UCI for the dependent blank (as it was left blank on the original form). We figured that if they haven't put anything in... Can you share what category you are applying and why they returned your application? I know how stressful this could be. It was quite of a shock for us too. Make sure you read carefully the letter they sent you along with your package. They have highlighted the reason for returning ours. Good Luck Kassiopeq |

I got NER just few minutes bfore... they have only consider my experience in NOC which i have applied. They do not consider my other 6 years of experience as a Project Manager......... They have assigned UCI and Application numbers also.........
Now i want to reapply with some additional evidence of my 6 years work so for that I have to wait for my Docs to be return or can i applied with another set of Docs with xerox copy of IELTS....
Want some advice.......

Can you share what category you are applying and why they returned your application?

i see, ok might as well leave ours blank too. category is FSW1 NOC 7242, our cc was declined, so we will be opting for bank draft instead to make sure our payment will be encashed. yes it is very frustrating indeed, but we must always try until the cap is not yet reached!  |

hi, you must wait for your docs to be returned before you can re apply, because there will be a letter accompanying your application with instructions if ever you opt to re apply. although i know its very frustrating, i think u must be patient.  |

I'm sorry for your NER DD2211,
I agree with spongebob about waiting for their letter. Although they would accept the copies of your IELTS as they already have received the originals. If you decide not to wait, make sure you attach a letter explaining everything. I am sorry again!
I hope you wouldn't need to wait too long for your papers to come back.
