Dont worry about ur money if u have a copy of ur DD or reciept just go to bank n ask for return they will refund ur money back in 3 weeks (some charges may apply)
will i get the whole money back after they deduct their charges or i have to sell it in current currency rate? current currency rate is way too less than i actually bought  thanks  |

CIC does not send by normal post... I recd mine by courier.... i havent writteen but some forum is see that and me also worried about my DD becos if they use normal mail if lost than what to dooo

Bank wil return u the money on the same basis as u bought it mean on the same xchange rates tat u bought it n not in todays rate... will i get the whole money back after they deduct their charges or i have to sell it in current currency rate? current currency rate is way too less than i actually bought thanks |

My friend had sent application the the FSW Social worker. His document reached CIC office on 18 Jan 2012. Still he is not getting any response. What is the reason. I heard the Cap reached on 19 December 2011 for the Social worker. Is that possible ? if so why CIC updated the number 499 till 6 February 2012.

NONE of bank trad like that manner they will calculate refund on current market rate of CAD only..... |

My fren it will take nearly about two month to get your application back hope you will receive it around march 18th with the letter for cancellation... |

Went to the bank they said it (DD) will be encashed within half-an-hour but in todays rate....  I don't know... Going to cancel my DD in the SBI today...Lets see n then i will update u people as well accordingly......

its shouldnt take so much time...cz applicants who applied on 2nd of february they got PER from CIC..urs is on 3rd Jan...either call CIC or send them email ASAP to know ur status.. |
