Dear if your CC/DD charged than you can call on mentioned number to get status and ur ECAS number.

You will then get to an agent. However the waiting time to get to an agent is almost 15-20 mins. So be patient. When agent is come talk with your details and ask for ECAS number. he will provide.

this is the call center of cio 888 242 2100  you may inquire with them the fax number where u can send the notification. for email, i think u can use this: FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry    @    cic.gc.ca

With my previous returned application CIC sent a UCI through that i check the E-cas status today and something very interesting appears which was not there two days back.
 
There are two hyperlinks 1. Decision Made (inside that it says we received ur application in XX date in 2010 and sent you letter on XX date 2011) consider delay in delivery.

the second hyperlink is IN PROCESS but inside it there are no details only log out button is appeared.

Perhaps they received the 2nd application and will start assessment that's why IN PROCESS is there.
If anyone has the same 2 hyperlinks or know something about it please share ur experience.
