Then press 1 then 2 then 1 then 2 then 0
You will then get to an agent. However the waiting time to get to an agent is almost 15-20 mins. So be patient.

this is the call center of cio 888 242 2100  you may inquire with them the fax number where u can send the notification. for email, i think u can use this: FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry   @   cic.gc.ca
