well its a gooooooooooooooooooood idea ....well my name is Ahmed Farooqi bascially from pakistan currently working in dubai as admin manager ...worked with one of the largest NGO of pakistan from 2004 to 2009 as a social worker .... in diff areas like health, child education, domestic issues etc so me applying on that base in 4152 NOC .....

one thing more afteeeer a loooooooooooong discussion with my bank today i got info that DD still not encashed hahhah ... (dont know they telling truth or not ...becos i tease them sooo much on that issue ......

CIO speed is increses as 11 NOCs are out from match. So apps incomming also gona reduce, some JAN'12 applicants were got update. SO i think we need to keep finger crossed brother....... And any of us doesnt need to wait for 3 years for update as CIO is also upgraded their policies..
