this is our Client ID number. giving us an ID number won't bound them to process our file or giving a PER/NER etc.  Grin Grin Grin

             I APPLIED UNDER AINP(FAMILY STREAM)
              MY FILE IS RECEIVED BY CIO ON 9TH FEB. 2012
               DD ENCASHED AFTER 21 DAYS
                 AOR REC. ON 1ST MARCH 2012
                  FEW DAYS MY ECASE WAS SHOWING ....WE RECEIVED YOUR FILE FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE ON 9TH FEB 2012. BUT IT CHANGED AND IT SHOWING FILE IS RECEIVED BY VO.

"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

is it rejection or approval

if before medical DECISION IS MADE is written on ecas..unfortunately it means ur application is not approved..that y i said you to refer to the email which CIC sent u...it will clear all of ur doubts..
