My law company will submit my application to CIO next week, so pls add me to this thread. FSW 1, NOC 4152. However, CAP is now 395 and will increase to over 400 next week so I afraid that I am out of CAP:(

Our immigration application was delivered to CIC on Jan. 3. Unfortunately our credit card hasn't been charged yet. Any ideas if we should be concerned or it could be that they are still catching up with the applications after the holidays... Any insights and advise would be highly appreciated.

Hi kassiopeq Now cic taking approximately 90 days to give decision regarding PER/NER. None the less, they charge BD/credit card few days before decision (I saw in other post that someones credit card charge on January 16 and got PER on January 19, 2012). So hope for the best and pray for each other January applicants. samirsa |
