In my PPR hindi nila nirequired na mag send ako ng Advisory on Marriage, but i do send it also kasi baka maya maisipan nila irequest, isinabay ko lang isend last Tuesday. Yung cenomar mo ba nakalagay na married ka na or still single?  when u try to apply Cenomar after marriage it should indicate there na ur married already. If married na nakaindicate un na ang Advisory on Marriage. 3 days din kasi ang processing nun from NSO.

i know! kaya usapan namin ni hubby na hindi na muna namin pag-uusapan ang anything about sa application until after the holy week unless by some miracle eh may mareceive na kami na approval. so sponsorhip-free ang aming conversation for two weeks. hehe

E wla kme iba mapag usapan eh once we talk automatic un application na bo-brought up. Haha. Lately, hindi nkme araw2 nag uusap kc mdalas nauuwi sa iyakan. We're almost 7years together, going 2yrs apart, tas nung umwi xA knasal kme 3wiks lng nagsama cause he had to get back for work.
Haay now im telling myself to be more2 patient til our apps 70th day..else,mag hysterical nko. Lol.

XAVIER14, i saw ur timeline... ur approval was so quick. what did u do to ur application? hehe... I wish my wife's sponsorship approval will be as quick as yours too.

XAVIER14, i saw ur timeline... ur approval was so quick. what did u do to ur application? hehe... I wish my wife's sponsorship approval will be as quick as yours too.

i guess we were one of the lucky ones that got our approval faster than the rest, but we didnt do anything special to our application...we did the same thing as everyone in the Jan batch did, send our application, wait and LOTS OF PRAYERS....

Sure mimawski...  Cathay airlines has a good deal lalo na daw sa mga first timer.

My wife got her Advisory on Marriage same day she applied in Davao. Yes it is required and Cenomar not good enough. Whatever they request be sure to send exactly what they request. Why take the chance of more delays on something so important to us.

Hello...interesting situation you have. Ok first. I believe that when VO issues a PPR request or any other request for documents, they continue to process your application as much as they can until they can't go any further without your requested documents. So the first letter is the standard first document check over and request for PP. They processed couple more days then had a concern about your former common law relationship. Its possible Mississauga didn't send ALL the documents to Manila or got misplaced etc. That should be easy to replace and send. Your proof of commonlaw ending....wow....good question. If you are still friendly with the ex commonlaw partner maybe you can get a signed statement from them. If not. How about at least the new address & phone # etc of the ex partner and how long they have lived there apart from you. Has the former partner married since? That would be helpful to show some evidence of that. Can you get another signed declaration and resend it? Possibly Manila did not receive it from Canada. If not possible your consultant will need to contact CIC in Canada to track down your signed declaration or advise further how to proceed without it. Good luck with this one, you may need a little patience to clear it up, but I shouldn't think it would be an overall problem.

       Thanks, that is all excellent advice.  Now that i am calmed down and think about it, i am not so worried. At least it is something where i have a couple different ways of dealing with it and shouldnt be too hard to handle.
