Hala need pala isama pa din mga forms na to? Tama ba understanding ko sis Karla? Lalagyan ng n/a? Kala ko basta wag na Lang isama pag Hndi applicable...

Yikes un photos namin papa-print ko lng sa paper e.. Pero mgsama na nga din Ako ng actual

Mga sis kakapa-medical ko Lang.. Sadly bec of my ptb history, need ko pa sputum/culture test.. Kahit pala more than 5 yrs ago na may ganun pa din.. I'm dreading the test talaga Kasi Hirap Ako mglabas [sa previous checkups Kasi w/ my doctors refer Ako lagi sa lung center for the nebulizer machine ba un and parang wala ganun sa slec].. Sana nice un mga taga lab ng SLEC at sana mag succeed Ako. Wala Lang.. I know a bit personal.. sorry gusto ko Lang mgshare

Yung mga forms kasi namin sinend ko lahat sa husband ko. Then yung Mom-in-law ko na nag-ayos ng lahat. She told me na include nya lahat pero in-indicate nya na not apllicable nga yung mga forms na yun.

pasensya na kung dto ako nagtatanong ng mga gnto hehe kayu lng po mkakasagot nito dahil kayo po ay EXPERT na

may tanong din po ako about--

1) Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP].. do i need to fill this up kung wala nmn kmi anak? or is it for my parents and siblings? kung nde po. d ko nlng isasama sa application namin tapos d ko ichecheck sa checklist...

2) Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]... etu din po... kelangan ko po ba to ilagay sa mga application papers ko khit wala nmn kmi representative? tapos d ko nlng xa ichecheck sa checklist ...

3) proof of relationship... about po sa pictures.. nkapagpaprint po ako ng mga pics nmin (old and new pics) sbi po s instruction "Photos submitted must be loose" this means po ba n ilalagay ko nlng mga print out pics sa isang maliit n envelope and each picture has a label at the back about what, who, when and where.. handwritten? or print out labels? if print out, i'l just paste it at the back of each pictures with a glue or tape...

 salamat po s mga sasagot! i'l think about some additional questions, mejo nguguluhan pa kc ako xD

hi. no need to include the forms kung hindi applicable. just write N/A on the checklist. sa pictures, loose means hindi nakabookbind o album. you can print several sa isang bond paper and put captions there using MIcrosoft Publisher or the likes, and print them out, considered loose pa din un . at least that's what I did.  pwede rin naman ung ipprint mo na tig isang picture sa photo paper tlga then write / paste captions sa likod, then put in an envelope. may mga gumawa din ng ganun.. pero mas maaksaya nga lang un =)

Ok lang not to include, Nakalagay naman sa checklist na "if applicable"

oooooooooops 53 days na lang mga kapatid lol,  1 day less lang??? pwede na lol

hay oo nga 1 day less lang , pero pwede na rin at least nbbawasan.  pero sa December batch may app rcvd Dec 30 na approved na hehehe. At least mas mabilis sila in actual.

We were talking about the forms. Karla said she sent all the forms (including those not applicable to her circumstances) to her sponsor and her mom in law was the one who sorted and compiled her papers.. Not sure if ur referring to the tb thingie but I'm the one w/ ptb history

spreadsheet updated, dinagdagan ko ng countdown column "days until expected sponsorship approval" haha kaartehan lang, tatanggalin ko rin later pag may sponsorship approval na. 8 days na lang MAKSI and XAVIER!
