They just updated... 55 days  At least we know why there wasn't much action in our group... another week of waiting.. glad I'm working 6 12 hour shifts in a row.. time will go quicker. We spotted the update on CIC almost the very moment it happened! that's kinda funny.. it was probably my 100th time checking today. |

My guess is they didn't work during Xmas/NY holidays, so they got a lot of applications that accumulated during holidays when they got back to work. But who knows.

That's more than likely why.. I know it was up around 74 days when I handed my application in on Jan 13... so it has gone down substantially since then. I just hope they're all wanting to work lots of overtime and get through the apps... some of them must have Christmas to pay off hehe |

I just got off the phone with CIC-M. They told me my sponsorship approval letter was sent through Canadapost instead of email. No wonder I couldn't find it in my emailbox. they said it could take up to 10 days for me to receive the approval letter after it was sent. Don't know it's a good news or not for you guys who are waiting for the approval letter, but just keep in mind that it could be sent through mail instead of email. cheers |

Good Luck... I just sent a case specific enquiry to ND VO. My eCas doesnt show anything except my address and my wife's ecas just shows that her appln for PR was recieved on Jan 3rd. While for my friends from Dec thread(They applied b4 me but approved exactly 1 and 2 days after me) got their wife's ecas also showing Medical Results has been Receieved. I dont know whats happening. Keeping fingers crossed for the reply from the VO... |
