Hmmm i just gave a call to CIC. Itseems they haven't open my application. CIC received my application on 12th Jan 2012. Anybody here who submitted application around same time and got approval...  That's what the spreadsheet is for..  for you to see who applied around the same time and their status.... Clearly there is no real method to their processing as some people have been notified before others when their application was received after... The main lesson Here is to be patient, They will have to notify you soon! If the cic website has jan 12 as their posted processing time and you still haven't heard then I'd be calling but I bet you will hear before that  Based on our processing times our group is extremely lucky... We have record times compared to those in other threads. Stay strong and positive you will get that letter soon! |

Thanks guys! I had a good feeling about it today and was literally checking my email allllllll day! It didn't go to my spam file either... Based on the other who have received approval, it should take about 4 days or so before I hear from them again! It's a beautiful email guys...what an amazing feeling! Can anyone confirm the email address that cic uses to send the letters? I'd like to add it to my contact list so that it doesn't accidentally end up in spam!
My gmail account says " hooray, no spam!" when all I want it to say is, you have spam mail! Never thought I'd be asking for spam mail lol
50% of the first 10 people have received sponsorship...this is so amazing!
I can't wait for more updates!
