June just started right?? I mean how can you get a passport request on a date which has not yet come??please explain it clearly as to how the two mails are similar and what is the date specified |

i mean my passport and other documents were received in ND office on May 18th and i am thinking about contacting my MP around June 18th, which is soon. my question is that is it ok to contact my MP one month later, since I have not heard anything about the status except application received? thanks again |

I would wait and not stress myself out you still have 2 weeks left until that day. If at that point you have no news then I would send a case specific enquiry and not contact my MP. If that doesn't get you anywhere then you can take bigger measures. It will come don't worry  you know New Delhi requests the passport before making a decision so in return it takes longer to get it back! |

I would suggest that you wait till a month is done and then mail your qeury to ND VO...only after that think about contacting your MP.. Hope this helps:) |

I have two questions for you,
First, did they ask your wife if she had "goods to follow" later on and did they give a limit as to how much one is allowed ?
Second, how long did you wait before you got the MP involved ?

They did ask her abt goods to follow..since we dont have any, we said none....Otherwise theres no limit on the goods you can bring in the first time landing. I involved my MP only after 1.5 months of sending the passport to the ND VO... Cheers, Srini |

Hi, Is there anyone out there, who has not sent their Passport when requested; as he/she is outside their home country? I could int send my Passport as a live and work outside India. As its illeagal to send Passport by Post. So I requested the New Delhi Visa Office for permission to submitting my passport at the final review stage. And on 6th May I received an email from New Delhi Visa Office, that they have accepted my request of submitting my passport at the final review stage. Its been a month now. I have not heard anything from them. Anyone out there similar as my situation??  |

congrates  i know u are busy at this time and enjoing but i would like to ask sumthing if u can that i have noticed one thing in my ecas tracker today after 50 days of my PPR that under my name{applicant} they have edited my home address means mailing address in a box. but no change in status just medical received can u tell or anybody else that what does this mean?  ? anybody else accept me noticed this change under their ecas tracker... plz reply me i will be thank full. |
