Supply nine (9) recent photos for each member of your family and yourself (accompanying and non-accompanying). Photos submitted must be properly labeled at the back with the applicant's name, date of birth and signature. Follow the instructions in Appendix B: Photo Specifications

they need those even for the first stage!!!! it's very important and they could return ur file because of that!!!!! hope it's not too late so yeah definately send them to Mississauga and mention that ur file was sent already, received, date of receival, both sponsor and applicant name, etc...r u sure these are the only things missing?

where did you find that?
i sent only six photos without any name and signature on back side.

i have one question if anyone in this thread can help  " my wife (sponsor) is living with me from last one year outside canada. she is on tourist visa and still out of Canada. Will she have to prove her return to Canada in that case (she is considered a canadian resident still) ? she only has a letter from her mother stating that she will return home soon and some canadian bank accounts and investments and no job offer letter. she has no work exp. no option-c form but she sent her account statements to prove financial ability. will this create any problem?

wooow really nice that u got "application received" email from them and thanks for sharing with us!! don't kill urself trying the e-cas yet, that will work once they start to process ur application....which they did not yet....hopefully u can access e-cas once u get the sponsor approval, until the end of the month keep trying but not 5 times a day
now i'm wondering why some cases receive "application received" email and others don't was ur package send by courier or normal post to pobox? was it from outside Canada? was it big? was it coloured LOL ? i'm just trying to find a pattern here (probably without much success)

I sent my package with expresspost (sent to CIC po box address) .  It was pretty heavy though

Hey, Can anyone tell me, in Part3: Country Specific Application under Appendix A, they ask the Sponsored Person's "Family Members" to fill the forms as well for example, Schedule A.. What exactly does FAMILY MEMBERS mean? i mean in my case i am a Canadian Citizen, applying for my wife.. So her family members need to fill these forms as well? or just her? I would appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this..

its confusing so i thought its better to say just on tourist visa 
actually at first she came to UK to meet me on tourist visa ( i was in uk before) then she came to india on tourist visa with me for 3 months, after that we went to uk again for 2 months and again to india on tourist visa. So she got four visas in last one year.

Hello everyone!! I was trying to fill in THE NEW IMM 1344 Application to Sponsor WITH BAR CODES and when i tried to validate it, it didn't go and asked me UCI/Client ID, however i don't have any thing like that as i am doing it at initial stage. Can anyone tell me wts this UCI/Client ID is??

From the Applicant Guideline:

"Indicate your Universal Client Identification number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), if known (8-digit number). Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID."

Did you get any kind of visa before like work/study permit, visitor record, etc? If so, you may have it back then.
