Can your wife and son visit you? It's sad you're separated. Have you thought about applying for a visitor's visa?

I have applied for canada visitor's visa to visit my wife when she was pregnant but they rejected my visa stating that i will not return back & I don't have previously travel history thats why they rejected me.I had even show that i m the job person & employee of well known medicine company here and will come back after delivery of my baby & i had show them visit purpose & strong documents i had also wrote emotional letter about my wife pregnancy condition & she is alone she needs me in this situation blah blah... but they got rejected i think they don't have hearts & feelings thats why they are doing like this now i am feeling totally disheartened

Awww so sorry to hear abt it....i feel sad just thinking of my husband not being with me n u are away from ur family.....it must b really hard....i hope n pray that u will b reunited with them soon...best wishes n dont be disheartened...stay strong n positive

i have mailed my passport through bluedart and the receipt show delivered stamp  but still my status show mediacal result received ntg else am really tensed they would have my passport but nothing change in my status.

My status changed probably after a week....when did they receive it?

I have mailed my passport via bluedart and the receipt shows that the delivery would b on monday that is the 14th before 1030...hope i get my passport stamped soon..

hi all PLEASE HELP 
i want to translate my "birth registration not found" certificate from Hindi to english. i found one company named certified translator in Delhi to do that but they said on their website " in India there is no licence or certification for translators". my question is -
can i get it done by any lawyer and notarized by public notary ??   (dont want to go to delhi  )
in the guide for filling applicants forms they said "you can get it translated by anyone except family members but need to attach his/her affidavit with the notarized translated copy..
i got PPR before few days but didnt send my Passport yet because i want to send some additional documents with Passport to prove that we are still together in India. (airline ticket, recent photos) and i didnt send my Birth certificate with application so want to send now (my birth is not registered and trying to get it done but its going to take longer than PR process  so sending "not found certificate" with parents affidavit and 10th certificate)

That is just terrible. I am sorry to hear that. It really feels like sometimes we are paying this price (of long processing times and being denied entry in the meantime) due to a few people who took advantage of the system. The unfairness is shown in a situation like yours. Sorry that happened to you. I hope you will see your wife and son soon

huli! I cannot believe it has already been 4 months and 4 days since we submitted our application! time sure does fly!

Btw, Januarians, our file was transferred to the Los Angeles satellite visa office on May 8th. I only found out because I wrote to Buffalo (since we hadn't heard from them). I guess it means some movement.. .even if just physically across the country

Friends i am worried about my sponsorship application bcuz it will take 26 months time from CHC-ISB now i am missing two persons 1st my wife & second is my son & i don't know what to do now plzzz any advice???

It is a really hard situation. One of my lessons in life has been to see how challenging life can be. Sometimes it is so hard to see good. I think it must be particularly difficult because your son was just born. It's sad, but it may be the case that the only way this will get easier is with time.-- Perhaps there is no easy solution (especially since CIC refused you a temporary visitor visa). Perhaps all you can do is wait, and in which case, the only "solution" is to accept your situation. 26 months seems like so long, but I have to think it really won't take the full 26 months. More so, your child will still be so young at that time and you will still be able to witness many 'firsts' with him. Luckily your wife is there in the meantime and really, we are lucky in this day and age to have things like skype. It might be make you want to touch him more to see him over skype, but on the other hand, you get to see him move and the sounds he makes and he gets to see you and you two will have that connection (however feeble it feels).

On another note, is it possible for your wife and son to visit you?

Again, I am sorry because I can imagine how hard it must be. I assume you have family and friends where you are now and it would be nice to take solace in their company. you also have us here on this forum! It really is a great group.

they received mine passport on 17 april  its going to be a month but still just medical received ntg else .....   are u shure or anyone else that in process is always added in our status and the information is accurate {100%} that is shown on the tracker ....

god plz help 

have mercy on our group to achieve our goal
