hello everyone,
congrats to those who got approval and rest hold tight good news is on the way .
i have question guys i got approval on 2nd april so what do u think how much it will take time for next step i mean how long it will take for passport request ?
congrats!! kulkarni length of second stage depends on many factors related to applicant's travel history, background check, work history, and documents supporting your relationship. if they have any doubt regarding any of these, they can take forever and call you for interview.  if your case is straight forward, i mean no travel history and no complications in relationship or no visa refusal before, you will get your visa within 2-3 months best of luck  |

I want to share my timeline. As I am confused about the process of many applications I have read.
January 17th 2012- Application Recieved
March 9th 2012 - I recieve an email stating my file is in process and recieve my file number
March 27th 2012 - I have been approved as a sponsor and my application has been forwarded to New Delhi
Now I'm in the waiting game. I hope this helps who are waiting. I am unsure of what happens next. Will my husband recieve a letter of reciept from New Delhi? 6 months is still a very very long time for him to recieve visa.
Welcome to the group! I'm just learning the ins and outs of stage 2 processing in Delhi but from what I've seen, you should get a passport request within 3 weeks of your file being transferred. Not sure if Delhi issues AORs. Good luck the rest of the way and keep us posted. |

My husbands estimated timeline was 9 months for Vienna VO, and we got ours in less than 3 months. We applied beginning of Jan and it took 2 months to get my approval. Once it was sent to Vienna, and he received confirmation from Vienna they had received it...he got his PPR the next day. |

Just wanted to wish you " Paste Fericit! " a huge day today here, people running around for doing everything as the custum asks... Well if we look at the bright side january is more than half way done with 21 applicants left out of 57. Who's to say some of them have not been to the forum in a while? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will get more done today and monday and we will be in february next week!! Let's not forget that month only has 29days! I just want them to be in the beginning of march!
