Hey Srinivas, did they mention your client ID or new one assigned to you wife. Were you able to login using your old client Id? I am trying my old client ID but no luck for now  Looks like your wife should be receiving her PR sometime in May, wish you good luck with that |

woo-hooo congrats Karla, srinivas  congrats mightymuffin for the AOR (ur approval will come soon too) u see srinivas u were worried for nothing  and u see that each CIC agent we talk is different and might say something else  she didn't want to spoil the surprise or she genuinely couldn't see the contents of the letter a direct approval is even better than AOR but why did they send u letter in the first place? didn't u provide an email or maybe u mistyped it  very nice week ahead, good luck all, hope we all get the approvals in the same timeframe and noone is left behind |

Thank you missmini. Kind of nice knowing that the package is not lost somewhere in Hamilton. About the mail vs email thing, I only gave them the email address would this cause an issue? noo why issue...i think not...i was under the impression that we should provide both, not leave anything empty...but maybe we should have done like u!!!!!!! if they mail the letter to us, it will probably take 2-3 weeks extra |

Hello Friends....
Just a quick update....
Today, 20th Feb, 2012, I got a Canadapost mail from CIC with the much awaited letter approving me as sponsor for my wife.
I am pleasantly surprised to receieve something over the long weekend esp today "Family Day". Surely it is a suprise gift from CIC to me on Family Day giving me the good news.
The letter was dated 16th Feb, 2012.
Amanda: May I ask you to please update the spreadsheet at your convenience.
I sincerely thank some of my friends here esp adventurer, missmini, ashnundal, deepu, sajid for always trying to assure me everything is alright.
CIC is nothing but full or surprises....
Hope everyone would recieve their AOR's / approvals very soon...

@ imatra,I also tried so many times to log in at ECAS but I can't after we recieved the AOR last 17feb,2012 hopefully soon with sponsorship approval. Well ... just to let you know that now I am able to log in to ECAS, but not that much info. Hopefully we receive our sponsorship approval real soooooooooooon .... |
