Hello.. I have filed my CEC application on 8th January,2012 to CIO sydney without knowing the changes to the forms effective 1st January,2012 as I have used the forms which I downloaded in December, 2011. I am planning to send a covering letter stating the problem along with the proper forms agian to the CIO, Sydney. Can anyone provide their expert advise if this will have any implications with proccessing my application like returning the application or delaying the application ? Awaiting help.  Thank you. |

Just send the corrected forms with the covering letter. Also send them a fax explaining your situation and send the tracking number of the new forms in that fax

Thank you AINP App for your suggestion.Along with the covering letter and forms, I am also attaching the Confirmation having tracking number for my previous application.
I have searched but I did not find any fax number for communicating with them. Could you please let me know if you have any fax number or any link where I can look up ?

Just email them your forms!
I would suggest attach the new tracking number as well. Original new forms will replace the old ones in their database.

I am not sure they would encourage receiving forms through e-mail. I have never seen any case doing that. Could you please advise if you have come across any such cases? As the document checklist says the forms we send should be Original and also I need to sign on them, just wondering how I will be able to send the Original documents via email.  |

That sucks man... they will probably return the application. If you are considering sending anything to them, it should be an entirely new application package with all the required forms. This way, even if the 1st package is returned, they at least have another package which is complete.

Hi SenoritaBella,
I just sent another package with the covering letter stating that I am enclosing the new forms and also Mentioned on the package to club it with my old package (Provided them with the old package's tracking number). Just did this thinking that this wouldn't hurt. If they want to return my application, anyways I will have to resend everything.
I wanted to send a fresh application package now itslef. But, my original IELTS score card is with my old package.
I just inquired with CEC on phone, and they have said they are now processing October 2011's applications. So, hopefully they might have some time to club both of my packages.
Any suggestions??

Thank you. Any idea on when they would ideally open the application package to have it evaluated ? I have read few cases which were filed in October 2011 got the PR in Jan 2012  |

Hello Seniors,
Am just curious about resending my whole application package again with all the necessary documents(mentioning to ignore my old package) instead of wasting time and also I hear from members here in the forum that the chances of applications going to Ottawa pilot are high now.
Would this be an issue if they accept my application which I have sent on 13th January with the Old forms ?
Could you please clarify ?

Hi guys, Just want to share with you my timeline as a January 2012 applicants. I send out my application on January 9, My credit card was charged on Feb. 17!!! So, now I am hoping to receive AOR very soon! Good luck to everyone!  |
