mawais102 have u received acceptance letter apply for CAQ for as soon as possible as it takes 1 month or more to process. Also visa in Pakistan takes 10 months ...

I have also posted a topic on the main forum...its about defer letter...i got admission in concordia for september but very late....i want to defer it now to january...but dont know how to do it....plz tell me the procedure and help me out....

hi saqib yes i have got LOA for jan 2012 if u have got admission please contact dhl.ca and receive your letter through them u will have to pay but you will received LOA in 4 days while concordia university sends the letter according to them but its not received by me since 2 months therefore i received it through dhl. Also you will have to apply for CAQ which is 1 month process its better to receive LOA and start CAQ process right away ...

umair you should contact your program assistant from the concordia university website also if there is some person mentioned in acceptance email to you contact and tell that you want to defer i think there is 25$ fees which you have to pay for defer .. Also you can contact through telephone .. you can all contact numbers through university website.

hi tanvir...thanks for your reply bro....i have contacted the uni ppl and now waiting for their reply...
you are right about the letter taking so much time....kindly explain the DHL process step by step....i will also need it once i get my defer letter....plz tell in detail how to contact dhl and how to ask them for delivering the letter....and how much money they take....etc...

@ mawais, yar ham sab hi new hain yahan....koi experienced banda hi bata sakta hai....but i think we cannot do job before 6 months....first 6 months, students can only work in campus.....after 6 months they issue a work permit so we can work for 20 hours per week off campus as well....part time jobs will ofcourse be odd jobs like working on stores as salesman etc....thats all i know so far....anyone who knows more is welcome to reply...and also correct me if i am wrong...thanks
