Actually this is my very first post in this forum and I'm really glad that I've found such a help portal for immigration applicants.

I'm Egyptian, and I applied as a skilled worker NOC 3113 on 1/1/2011, my file was processed and I was asked to do the medical examination on 18/06/2011, also I was asked to pay The Right for permanent residence fees and to send the police certificates and the passports as well ( all for me and my spouse) all requested in one email. I did all the that , and sent them the payment receipt along with the other requirements on 10/07/2011, then my "medical results have been received" was added to my e-case about three weeks ago, and I never heard from them, so I sent an email inquiring about my application status and I received a reply today " Kindly proceed with the payment of the Right of Permanent Residence fees to enable us to proceed with your file." I don't know what to do, I already paid these fees , I'm also afraid that they've lost the receipt and the passports. what should I do? did it happen to anyone before?

Dear Dr

How you paid the RPRF, by Bank Draft or Credit Card?

Send a fax to CHC including the copy of the Bank draft or the copy of your credit card transaction proof with the specific date.  Reagrds

If you have the copy of the draft you sent for the fees, send them that copy and explain the things. If PPs reached them, then fees must have reached too. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot for your help everyone, I already tracked the package and it has been received and stamped, so I guess I will scan the bank draft and send it to them in an inquiry, should I send to a specific email address Huh
