Does anyone have experience/knowledge of how easy/hard is it to get work related to software engineering(java j2ee) in Toronto  or other city ?

Jobs are not easy to come by and new immigrants need some preparation ( like resume writing, interview preparation) to crack the Candian Job market. It will take some time to land the right job. IT, by far is a good bet for immigrants as it is not a regulated occupation and most of the skills are transferable. You can upload your resume to following portal and check the response
